Our Commitment to Security

We take payment security very seriously. All transactions are processed through trusted international channels to ensure your funds are handled safely and efficiently. We provide clear documentation for every payment, giving you complete transparency and peace of mind.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following secure platforms:

  • Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): Recommended for large transactions
  • Wise (formerly TransferWise)
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Remitly
  • Stripe
  • Credit Card Gateways

Currency & Transaction Fees

  • Default Currency: All invoices are issued in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any transaction fees or bank charges from their side. Please ensure the full invoiced amount is received.

Our Payment Structure

1. For Samples & Prototypes
We require 50% advance payment to begin custom sample development.

  • Preferred Methods: Stripe, Wise, Western Union, or Bank Transfer

2. For Small & Large Bulk Orders
Our bulk order payment is divided into two stages:

  • Step 1: 60% Advance Deposit: Required to confirm the order and begin production
  • Step 2: 40% Final Balance: Due after completion and before shipment
  • Preferred Methods: Wise or Western Union for small orders; Bank Wire Transfer for large orders

Order Confirmation & Invoicing

  • Proforma Invoice: Every order is issued with a detailed proforma invoice including product specs, quantities, and payment details.
  • Payment Confirmation: Please email your payment receipt to your sales representative. Production begins after payment confirmation.
  • Official Receipt: An official receipt will be issued after payment is received.
